Hi mike. I think that there maybe alittle more than just unlawful taking involved. Remember that sin starts in the heart, so just thinking about it is equal to doing it in the eyes of GOD. & then there is unconscience sins of stealing, like when you forget to put down that pen that you just used. How far are you willing to drive in order to return that pen once you realized that? 5 mi?,10 mi? how about 50 mi? Would you be willing to call a person to tell them that you've picked up their pen? How do you think an unsaved person would react to that? GOD does'nt want HIS people to look like fools or crazies, but HE does want us to take every oppurtunity to do the right thing.
